   • A semen sample is processed in the lab to isolate motile sperm.
3. Hyaluronic Acid Binding Test
   • The sperm are placed in a special culture dish containing droplets of hyaluronic acid.
   • Only the mature, functional sperm attach themselves to the HA.
4. Sperm Selection
   • The embryologist carefully picks the HA-bound sperm under a microscope.
5. ICSI Procedure
   • The selected sperm is then injected into the egg using standard ICSI technique.
6. Embryo Culture & Transfer
   • Fertilized eggs are monitored for 3–5 days before transferring the best embryos into the uterus.
